Very poor and rude customer service and apartment lacking basic amenities So first of all booked Ocean view apartment and they decided to change it and give me City view apartment, there pretty noisy; it’s sad that Expedia ke giving this option and customer service says it’s upto then who will get it! So basically you pay for something and still they will decide if you get that view or not! Well, that’s where my story don’t end- COLD WATER...

"The biggest problem was the communication with the owner of appartments. They mentioned a whattsapp number for any question or issues while they have not checked it for a couple of dats at all. Also, I have contacted this number oit of whatsapp due to the popr internet coonnection and they did not answered it at all. The bed in the second floor in our room has been built in a non professional way and was not accessible in an easy way. There was a long electricity wire on the top of the stairs...

But don't be put off as there are regular buses and trains going between Paradis station and Stavanger central within 5 minutes of the apartments and a bus stop similar distance. "We were pleased with the amount of space in the upstairs bedroom and sitting room. We also found the area to be very useful when drying our clothes after using the washer/dryer combo. The kitchen was all we really needed and the down bedroom was a bit cramped. It was also a small challenge to access the electrical plug ins in the bedroom. The area was a nice walk from everything and wonderfully close to the train station. "

"Exactly what we needed in Stavanger. The steep stairs to entry were a bit unexpected and difficult for a few of the older members of our party. We might have chosen something else if we had known. Also the terrace entry was a bit treacherous with loose stones and rocks which required vigilance. But the place was clean with comfortable double beds wedged into attic rooms. Served our purposes."
