“We loved our stay. We were there for 7 nights and everything was great! Breakfast was amazing, bed was comfortable and staff were so friendly and helpful.”

“Property is a modern clean hotel and very spacious with excellent staff. When booking a Purobeach package, just know you have to book the beds at the beach well in advance-you could end up paying for something that is booked out. They only tell you when at the front desk-this was too late for us, so only after complaining we got beds at the beach. I used to come here alot but wont again as the clientele is unfortunately British heavy drinkers being obnoxious. Such a shame”

“We enjoyed our stay overall, but this hotel didn't feel like a true 5-star property—it was closer to a 4-star experience. The positives: the hotel was spotless and smelled great, the location is excellent (easy walk to Ponta da Piedade and Dona Ana Beach, plus cheap Ubers to Old Town), pool towels were provided, and most staff were wonderful—especially Felipe at the front desk, who was always friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a quieter, more upscale atmosphere with mostly adult……

“We had the best time visiting - it was great to just sit by the pool and head down to the beach when we fancied it. The restaurant prices were expensive but ultimately for the convenience it was okay. We would come back again!”

“Overall the hotel was beautiful, though they need a little updating. We had informed the front desk that our phone was not working at all. Maintenance came and was making me flush the toilet 3 times to “reboot the line” I did so and still did not work so I asked for him to return tomorrow cause I saw no point in just flushing the toilet for the phone to work again. Also there was spiders on the balcony.”
