“The staff was very courteous and very helpful as an American, who did not understand Portuguese. The staff went out of their way to give me directions and guide me. Also, the breakfast in the morning was over the top homemade goodies along with custom eggs, your choice of meats.
I also met the owners of the property who took pride in their establishment, which made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to going back.”

“What a great find. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had its own large airy patio surrounded by plants.
We had some of the best breakfasts we have ever had in a hotel- and in a lovely setting under the lemon tree!”

“Room and free food were a touch basic and 100% satisfactory (coffee, tea, water, milk; bread, packaged croissants, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, jams, cereal). Right on the mark for the price. Location is close to local grocery options, but a hearty walk to old town activity or the beach. I did the walk each day, but some may prefer a ride or bus.”
