Breakfast was nice, always some fresh fruit and other goodies. Room size is large and wonderful terrace. The mattress was very firm. There was an issue with the bathroom cleanliness.. looked liked mold in the crevices in the bottom.

Great place for a holiday, staff went far above expectations especially when we mentioned our little one had a milk allergy. They made sure she had lots of choice at breakfast times..

Resort is beautiful. Breakfast is included and the variety of the buffet is outstanding.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really elevated the overall experience. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, and everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the dinner selection. While the food quality was great, the options weren’t as kid-friendly as we had hoped. Adding a few more simple, familiar choices for children would make the experience even better for families. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. With a slightly more family-oriented dinner menu, it would be nearly perfect.

Beautiful resort, location perfect for some quiet beach relaxation with hotel shuttle to new and old town. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Ocean view room excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at Vitor's Plaza. The pool was great and very enjoyable, and the entertainment team added a wonderful atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality and enjoyable vacation.

I’ll start by saying it may just be our North American standard of a 5 star to be impeccable in all areas but this hotel was not that. The staff were 5 star amazing and accommodating and helpful but otherwise this hotel would fall in a 3 star rating. Our first apartment was disappointing in that the shower had a spraying leak, the tub wouldn’t plug to bath our son, the toilet had a crack/leak, the safe didn’t work, the espresso machine didn’t work, the laundry did not work, you could not shower at night if the apartment above had just showered (we waited 2 hours and still no hot water for our baby), and lastly the ants were everywhere.. we found them in our sons crib. The staff were very helpful and fixed what they could but ultimately they couldn’t fix it all and told us they would move us in 24 hours which then did &we really appreciated it. Our next apartment was significantly better but the tub water came out brown so we had to shower our son, and the drain had to be fixed, we did not have a safe in the room but they did bring one, our kitchen had different items/no pans to make stove top but by this point we felt we had asked for too much and the staff was trying their best! The furniture was extremely worn and had stains which is fine but just not something you would expect for 5 stars. The amenities were good but again worn out. The deck around the spa pool was falling apart &the steam room was out of order. More of a maintenanceissue than anything. Great location
