Men eftersom det saknas ordentligts menyer med prissättning så har man inte så mycket och säga till. The rooms were quite basic, and the beds lacked comfort. We found the staff to be largely disengaged and not particularly helpful during our stay. Dining options were extremely limited, with only one nearby restaurant within walking distance. Throughout our five-day visit, we were unable to secure a dinner reservation at the hotel and ultimately had to rent a car to access dining options in the downtown area each evening. On the one occasion we had lunch on-site, service was very slow, and the steak we ordered was disappointing in both quality and flavor. On a positive note, the beach is beautiful, and we were able to enjoy our vacation primarily due to the flexibility afforded by our rental car and the scenic day trips we took. It’s also worth noting that while the hotel listing on Expedia advertises airport shuttle service, this comes at an additional cost. Staff was so friendly and helpful from front desk to bartenders. Spacious patio overlooking the sea. Only issue was probably personal- bed was a bit hard. We booked with breakfast but not with lunch or dinner because we wanted to go out to visit the island and because of that we didn’t have the right to eat at the restaurant even if we wanted to pay for the food the days we decided not to go out…and the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, so, even if it was a restaurant close to the hotel, the night we decided to rest, that restaurant was full, and we had to go to bed without eating anything. Any way the food at the hotel was not very good either. People at the reception was nice but they couldn’t do anything for us because rules are rules. Also they were not informed about the activities they promote with publicity at the reception. Many foreign group tours; they were making quite some noise on the corridor. The room was on the first floor and very old fashioned. No English channels on TV. We stayed two nights, on the second day, we could find almost no food in the dinning room. Taste and quality was not excellent. There are not many staff around so that we were not looked after very well. Bus service to the town was not convenient, you should drive all the time, which means you cannot drink much alcohol at the restaurant. Vi hade hyrbil hela veckan vilket är ett måste. Toppen med egen strand och gratis solstolar. Det var inte mycket folk så det var aldrig trångt vid stranden och poolen. Rent hotell med trevlig personal. Små rum. En "underhållnings-grupp" arrangerade saker för barnen som tennis, lekar och på kvällarna disco. Det enda som var en besvikelse var frukosten. Endast kall frukost. Hotel has good-sized pool and a private beach which is stunning. Food at the hotel is excellent (although breakfast is very basic) and rooms are clean. Note that this hotel is located in a remote area with only one restaurant and one tiny shop in the neighbourhood. Rooms do not have safe or fridge. Staff was reasonably helpful and spoke English. Things to do are a visit of the Neptune's Grotto which can be reached from the hotel by taking a bus to Capo Caccia, and going for hikes in the big National Park which is a 500m walk from the hotel. If you do not have a car, you can get to the hotel by taking a bus from Alghero (stop is 100m away from the train station) to Porto Conte. Questo lo rende particolarmente adatto a famiglie con bambini e anche a persone anziane.L'unico inconveniente è un piano di scale da superare per accedere al ristorante e/o alla terrazza,cui non esiste alternativa in quanto non c'è ascensore. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, il servizio al tavolo viene svolto a una velocità davvero encomiabile.
