Marco and Gabriel have been particularly attentive, all the staff are lovely as well as the young lady at breakfast, we almost booked a 5* a bit further on but so glad we didn’t as it was awfully dated and not such a great location. This place is an absolute gem so we extended our stay by another 2 nights.

Villa Mosca is a truly beautiful B & B. It has been restored meticulously and with great interior design. The staff is very courteous and professional. It is very well located and is close to the historic center and Lungomare promenade. The pool area overlooking the water is so inviting and is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of the setting sun.

Amazing place and great staff

We really loved Mosca! Beautiful exterior and interiors, amazing location overlooking the sea and the old town, with nice pool area and bar at the evening. But above all we loved the personal hospitality from Rosa, Arianna, Marco and the staff team, you guys are great! Grazie!

Best Hotel Experience Ever!

Our stay was amazing! The wonderful staff makes this amazing hotel even better. There is not one thing that I would change, it is an absolute gem! Great location, fantastic pool, gorgeous rooms with large, modern, spotless bathrooms. And I must again bring up how incredible the staff are... they really made our trip to Alghero perfect!

Property was lovely and very traditional with a lovely pool and excellent gardens. There is no lift and we were on the top floor with a very steep staircase, and no offer to help with moving suitcases up or down, this was disappointing given the cost and the luxury the hotel was trying to purvey. Breakfast was included but would recommend getting there early as food is not replenished and choice is quite limited.

Smakfullt boende med bra läge +fantastisk utsikt.

Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal, perfekt läge med fantastisk utsikt och solnedgång. Rena, fräscha rum och smakfull inredning. Det var riktigt fint att äta frukost på den stora terrassen helt utan trängsel. Det finns ingen hiss och rummen på andra våningen hade en ganska brant trappa, men personalen hjälpte oss med väskorna. Vi njöt verkligen av boendet och det var härligt att ligga vid poolen på eftermiddagen och njuta av utsikten. Många kom dit och tog en drink och betraktade solnedgången. Väl tilltagna portioner i restaurangen och fina råvaror. Vi fick även bra rekommendationer till andra restauranger i närheten. Ett mycket trevligt boende som vi varmt kan rekommendera till andra!

Fantastisk mysigt litet hotell med mysigt hotellområde och fint poolområde! Sköna sängar i fina rum och med helt ok liten frukost! Gott Kaffe och super trevlig och serviceminded personal!! Lugnt skönt område och väldigt nära till gamla stan och Algheros mysiga gränder.

A room with a view!!!

Ankom forventningsfulde til hotellet som skulle være hjemsted for sidste 2 overnatninger på en Sardinien rundrejse. Var sikre på at vi skulle have et superior værelse med delvis havudsigt. Rummet havde set rigtig fint ud på hotel.coms hjemmeside. Erfarede desværre at værelset som var bekræftet var et Comfort rum - desværre totalt uden comfort. Værelset var et loftsværelse og iflg. hotel sitet 33m2, men hvis man fraregnede de m2 hvor man ikke kunne stå oprejst var der nærmere 25m2 inkl bad og areal dækket af skabe. Fra værelset var der udsigt til en lille fælles (tilgængelig for alle gæster) terrasse 4x4 m uden udsigt men med et vindue til et andet værelse på den anden side. Værelset var således alt andet en privat og totalt ucharmerende. Prisen for værelset var uden fornuftig relation. Personalet var venligt og imødekommende men kunne ikke tilbyde et andet værelse. Hotellet er overalt i en flot og imponerende stil, men loftsværelset burde have været udnyttet som pulterrum i stedet for udlejning. Swimmingpool området giver ej heller indtryk at privatsfære. Kan ikke anbefale hottellet på baggrund af opholdet

Eine wunderschöne Villa. Die Lage ist hervorragend um in Ruhe den Pool zu genießen und in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entlang der Promenade in die schöne Altstadt zu gelangen.

Rude staff and severely overpriced

Some pros but some really heavy cons that made this stay really disappointing, and definitely not worth the money charged. The hotel is beautiful on the outside and has a great location - and is a great place to come for drinks, which is where I believe most great reviews of this place comes from. But as an actual guest of this hotel, this was a massively disappointing stay. After an initially helpful lady at check-in, the experience went downhill from there. - The rooms are seriously outdated and more in line with a €70 type hotel as opposed to €300. - One of our bath towels had a big hole in it. - Wifi didn’t work in the room, and when trying to call reception to get help, the phone also didn’t work. - Several staff - and management/owner - were rude and unprofessional and talked badly about guests in front of other guests. - There are not enough pool chairs for all guests. - Hotel offers no food options between breakfast and 8pm dinner. - Pool cannot be used after 6pm as the hotel chooses to cater to outside drink guests rather than hotel guests. - For the same reason, the place turns into a disco for outside guests for the remainder of the night. - Breakfast is underwhelming.

El hotel alquiló los espacios exteriores (piscina, etc) para un evento externo de moda. El horario de piscina es de 10 a 18h, pero a las 14h ya había venido bastante gente, haciendo ruido y fotos del espacio, haciendo la estancia en la piscina bastante incómoda. El hotel está bien, aunque no tiene ascensor.

Nice hotel

Decent hotel, with beautiful views of the sea and. The infinity pool is gorgeous. The only thing is there are no elevators and if your room is on the third floor you have to walk up a steep staircase.

Very nice setting but service should improve

Very nice setting however in the evenings gets too crowded because they let the public in who take up all the best outdoor seats. For £200 a night I would expect that towels can be provided for guests to use their pool, however instead these are charged per day. Breakfast is ok but limited and on 2 occasions we were told we couldn't sit at a particular table which made no sense. Setting and view is stunning and reception very friendly.
