"I have the worst experience in my life , this is scammers my reservation He was one queen bed one single bed, and two sofa beds. , they give me small bed have double bed and single bed they put in the bottom supposed to be able , wooden and they put mattress old stink cause me back problems , however, I did complaint I said I want what I paid for they refuse to give me what I paid for , I did contacted local police they said this is civil matter , the wardrobe stink and broken don’t have shower you have only toilet and sink squash together and I put a little pipe as shower you can’t even have a shower is impossible , have a rubbish on the stairs . And they have sharp objects in the wall, ripped my shirt. Very hot inside. I electricity cut off all the time, Without providing us with candles. Or any flighting. Cut off at the night about 7 to 10 times. The residence full of mosquitoes. Outside the window piles of rubbish. In the website he said they have swimming pool. But they don’t have swimming pool at all. They even park the car inside the reception at the night. This area is not safe. This residence. Should be removed from all websites. In my side, I’m seeking legal advice and I will decide with action. I will take , this is a holiday from hell , my kids covered with mosquito bites and they are in shock from electricity cut at the night several times every single night happen , "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, the location is poor and not convenient at all. The parking area had a strong unpleasant smell, which made it even more uncomfortable upon arrival. But the worst part was the check-in process. Despite having a valid international ID, the staff refused to let me, my wife, and our baby stay because we didn’t have an Algerian ID. This policy was never mentioned during booking, and the way it was handled was unprofessional and frustrating. I explained our situation, but they showed no flexibility or understanding. For travelers — especially families — I do not recommend this hotel. Poor service, bad facilities, and a very unfriendly approach."

"Our room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the vents and connecting doors. We had booked a non-smoking room and also read on the website that the building is smoke free. But, when we tried to change rooms, we were told the property was full. Our baby developed a cough and we all had sore throats and burning eyes. Staff told us different things about the hotel policy: one said we had been placed on a smoking floor and another said the hotel is smoke free. Our problem was only fixed the last night of our stay when Miss Hadjer corrected the issue and moved us to a very nice room with no smoke. Had she been working the day we first encountered the problem, perhaps we would not have had such a horrible experience. On a positive note, all security staff were very professional and pleasant. But, overall, if something as simple as a non-smoking room request cannot be accomplished, that ruins the whole stay and even impacts the health of the whole family. We will never stay there again. "
