Room was Clean and warm.. ample off street parking. After hours check in was easy. Room was excellent value for money. Bed was comfortable. Staff on Checking out very polite and efficient

The room was large which I much appreciated, as I did the ability to check-in much earlier than I expected to be able to! The parking was good and the neighborhood was nice. We did run into some issues with the bathroom, it did not appear to have been dusted in awhile and there was a single cockroach. The bed was comfortable but some of the drawers in the room were broken.

Super clean, spacious and nice. Two things you should know if you want to book. 1 there is no staff. Getting the keys is a lock box to lock box process. Not overly complicated but make sure you get all the instructions. Because there is a code to open the door and then another code to actually get the key and then there’s the key and then putting the key back and all that is kind of a thing. But I will say that because I didn’t know all this ahead of time we had to make a phone call to them to get it sorted out and they did resolve it quickly. It was pretty much my mistake for not knowing all of this ahead of time, but they resolved it very quickly. 2. What they call a city view is not really a city view. It’s a view of the other apartments so if I was ever gonna book this place again, I would definitely get the water view or just know that you’re gonna have no view of anything except the alley and the other apartments.
