Family of four. Location was really handy for the beach and a short walk to a convenience store. Also close to buses and tram for city center. Air conditioning was excellent and allowed us to keep the room temp low during the August heat. Wifi was also excellent. Kids were able to connect a device to the tv to watch Netflix during our limited downtime.

Great location, space and terrace. Beds could be comfier.

We were mislead. The first photo on your website was the view of the roof garden, which was a huge draw- especially with the backdrop of the beach. However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived. Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding for the sofa beds. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only 7 cups in the cupboard and no tea towels or oven gloves. The lack of sockets in the kitchen area made it difficult to use the appliances. I suggest a large cafetière (needing no plug) would be more suitable than the small electric coffee maker which had small capacity. Also the wall cupboard is far too high making it impossible to reach to the second shelf (unless you were 6 feet tall) However, we loved the position of the flat - it was very suitable for access to the beach, and also to watch the marathon!

La ubicación es excelente! Pero es una lástima que los baños no estén en buen estado. Las duchas no se ven limpias, el agua sale por todas partes. Las 2 duchas estaban tapadas. NO hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Solo en la sala y 1 habitación de las 3 que hay. Y el aire de la habitación tenía un ruido que sonaba cada minuto y no se podía descansar. Mandaron a alguien para arreglar estas cosas pero no mejoró en nada. Mucho ruido de los otros departamentos. El sofá de la sala con el tapiz roto. Lamentablemente no vale lo que pagamos. Lo mejor es la ubicación pero el estado del departamento muy por debajo de lo que debería ser para el precio pagado.

Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. The walls are very thin, and you can hear people’s conversations clearly. There were workmen drilling next door for the first 3 days of our stay. Area: Ok. Close to buses and there is a great patisserie next door. Bathroom: good shower Kitchen: well done, with a coffee machine, dish washer, induction stove, oven and plenty of cooking pots, crockery and cutlery. No clothes washer, but laundrette 5 mins walk away.
