"Lovely secluded property if that's what you're looking for-the train adds charm. Conveniently located next to a little market that has something for everyone whether you want to cook or not. 20 minutes from Addison/Corning/Woodhull where there are cute local spots to check out.The house has all the creature comforts you could want-we were there during a heat wave and the host had the AC cranked for us when we arrived. If you're traveling with multiple adults I would suggest bringing an air mattress or two as some of the beds are small for two! The living areas are spacious enough to not feel overcrowded if your bunking in. The pool was fantastic - sparkling and inviting. Plenty of floats/arm floaties for kids. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor seating. Our small family gathering turned into about 30 people and there was plenty of room for everyone! We didn't use the lawn above the house but the fire pit, volley ball net and horse shoe pit were ready to go and the host provides everything for a fun yard game."

"The home was very clean and exactly as described. It’s in a beautiful, quiet, natural area. There are many outdoor adventures all around the area. The owners were nice and provided great communication. "

"The place was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. It is not so much a hideaway, as it it located in a small community, but it is on a hilltop with a lovely view in the distance. Regardless, we were grateful to find an acceptable and affordable place when our camping plans were threatened by weather. The hosts left great instructions as well as information about the surrounding area. We took their suggestion and visited Roost for dinner. You will not go wrong choosing the Hilltop Hideaway!"
