"Our family loved the big, secluded property with the pool, pool table, board games, and outdoor games. There was plenty of room for our big family to cook and eat and hang out. We almost felt guilty leaving every day to explore the state parks and lakes and waterfalls! It would have been just as good as a staycation never leaving the house, but we enjoyed all upstate NY has to offer. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals at home and eat outside or inside. The only thing I noticed it didn't have was a hair dryer (I assumed most places had them now so I didn't bring one- whoops) or extra trash bags (maybe we just didn't find them). We picked up trash bags and it was no big deal- just sharing so others come prepared. It had everything else we could have needed. Loved being able to do laundry there. The host was so attentive and helpful if we had issues (i.e. small wifi issue got solved quickly). The people around the small towns nearby were really friendly. It's a little bit of a drive up to the lakes/parks but didn't mind the views on the way and it was worth it for such a fun property, just plan accordingly. We're recommending this place to our family and friends!!! "

"The cabin was beautiful, the property owners are on site and very welcoming, including their 4 dogs we was able to meet.the cabin had everything you needed and more. They also included some tourist information and maps. you have no neighbors to worry about, it is a beautiful country setting and only about 15-20 minutes from the town of wellsborro. Great area to see wildlife too, we seen deer which included a 6pt buck in velvet and a doe and her fawn, we also seen turkeys."

"We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Communication with the owners was so quick and easy, and the cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin itself was really cool--rustic decor, and extremely clean. The weather wasn't great when we were there so we didn't have a chance to really enjoy the outdoor areas, but the beach, pond and outdoor bar/grill area seem ideal for a nice day. Totally recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! "
