Having attended on a stag do I would not recommend this hotel to families, although it wasn't a rowdy party hotel it does not have a family atmosphere. I'm reviewing the hotel at its price point, the rooms have everything you need including air conditioning but are dated in appearance and the breakfast has a large variety of options but was low quality. "Arrived in car with lots of luggage. No help from any staff. Zero customer service. Dirty room, previous guests shower cap left in bath. Dirty glasses in mini bar. “Premium room” had view over piles of rubbish, bins and construction mess. (Manager completely dismissed my concerns). No soundproofing ..."

"Straight path to beach and centre of Alicante. 15 minute easy walk. 15 mins drive from airport. Very clean hotel. Only stayed one night so didn't use hotel facilities or breakfast. 3 adults and child in one room. Very large king double bed and double sofa bed. Tea, coffee making facilities in room. ..."
