"The room is a bit rundown: door lock can’t be closed, dusty surfaces, cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking room. Poor cleanliness too: hair around the basin, and worst is the anti slip mat in the shower area (the bottom of the mat is full of mould and bacteria).
