“Clean and nice property, near to airport, staff was friendly and helpful, far from city, limited conveyance from city to hotel ”

“They don’t have a DND sign usage in the hotel and staff keep disturbing by pressing the bell all the times inspite of instructing the reception staff not to disturb ”

“Very bad service, I had to wait 2 hrs after reaching hotel before getting the room. Also, I booked the higher category room but didn't get the same. There was no bath tub in my room. But it was mentioned in booking ”

“Not accepting my booking. Not 🚫 stayed at this property. Due to properties rules.”

“ They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . I think better idea is to include price of drinking water per……

“Arrived on 12/02/25, checked in the room was not , had booked a double king size bed , instead got two single bed , the fridge was not working , room was not cleaned , the breakfast in buffets only had four to five items, for what they were charging us for room which was 10000 rupees per night”

“First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option……

“The room was average and mosquitoes were many. They need to focus more on cleanliness. Even the reception staff is not that helpful or well-trained in that matter. ”

“Not for the weak of heart. It is in a residential neighborhood and hardly any parking. No TP in restroom. A handheld hose is provided to wash up. Frequent loss of power for short periods. No outside food is allowed. In room dining from restaurant only. Only 1 shower towel provided. Extremely squeaky bed. Room not cleaned properly as cigarette butt was still there when we checked in. Front desk manager was very accommodating and tried his best to make us comfortable. ”
