“Great house about 45 minutes to Tech. Hotel rooms were so expensive fior homecoming weekend. We were so glad to stay here because we could all be together and fix a nice dinner after the game. We used the grill on the deck which was a really nice outdoor space. We would definitely stay again. The house is very clean and beds were comfortable. Be very cautious arriving after dark because the roads are like corkscrews. Thank you for your hospitality. ”

“The Blue Rock Escape is perfect for a getaway - the house was clean and cozy and the location was an ideal place from which to explore Floyd and surroundings. Pat is a super responsive host (including going above and beyond to get a lost item back to us!). We would happily return! ”

“This was a fantastic stay! The hosts were always responsive and check-in was easy. We stayed for an extended time due to our home needing repairs. The hosts worked with us to fill this long term request and were super accommodating! This place would be great for a bigger group too, with lots of space inside and out. “Each of us, ranging ages 10-50, enjoyed our family time at this home. It is so close to Virginia Tech. It’s tucked in a cute hilly well maintained neighborhood. The check-in process was very easy.
