"The location of the house is what we wanted. Had a park close to walk in and a nice neighborhood. But the house wreaked of pot. Very strong smell when we entered the front door. Had to open the upstairs windows and air it out. Took a couple of days before most of the strong smell left...There was ice on the top step at the front door, which we chopped out the next morning, Ice at the back gate, which couldn't hardly get through, to take the garbage out.. Signs of some one living there. Open ice...

Clean, no smells, air was already on for us (I think) bathroom was easy to use. The breakfast the next morning was terrific--more than just cereal! I would definitely stay here again."
