“We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). “The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still……

“Mckinney is a nice location compared to the busy, crowded, traffic-riden Dallas. Property was very convenient to shopping of all kinds, very nice pool area with grills and tables, lots of room. . Very quiet mon thru Thursday but be aware, unit sits close to a couple bar/grills and an outdoor live music stage. Friday night was very loud til after midnight. Very loud!!! Hard to sleep. “This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused……

“The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better.”
