I have a BIG problem with the care I was given as a wheelchair patron. I need a wheelchair. I am almost 85 years old with a disintegrating ankle. I cannot walk far. The new way of putting everyone on that shuttle and shoving our purses and carryon on our laps. The seat belt which they have to drape on you was a joke. They are basically non English speaking. I had to use the restroom but he did not understand. We were put on chairs to wait twice. It took over an hour to go from my first to second plane. Thank goodness I had scheduled a longer layover. I was flying priority but I sure got second class treatment in Dallas. They all wore the blue uniform of American Airlines. Next time I am thinking on using a different airline if this is how I am treated.
