"Pool was closed, even the water fountain was turned off. Our bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was uncomfortable, they only gave us one pillow each so we needed two more which they did provide. The headboard was very uncomfortable. The shower was one you had to hold to use as they didn't have a fixture on the wall. Only hand soap, no shampoos or shower gel provided. No breakfast. We asked to leave our bag before we checked in and they told us to leave it behind the sofa in the lobby,..."

"Room was lovely and clean, we were in the older part of the hotel and they were still lovely. There was 4 of us, 2 on the sofa beds which were surprisingly comfy! View of the pool and sea was beautiful. The staff were so lovely and helpful! The hotel was right on the beach with a beach bar where breakfast was served. We loved it and will 100% stay here again!"

"A fantastic hotel all round. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Great location…close enough to the town (short bus ride away) to be convenient but far enough away to be nice, quiet and relaxing. There’s a few restaurants within walking distance, as is a supermarket and a lovely beach. The entire staff are a really great team that go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. "Nice and newly renovated property. Not too far from town, but not walking distance. We took taxis and the water taxi a couple times. Only disappointment was our rooms that had children booked in each were not placed on the same floor. I think they could’ve made a greater effort to ensure this since we booked well in advance. Pool side service also lacked enthusiasm but the bar was near enough that this wasn’t a great inconvenience. Would stay there again."
