"kimberly and MICHELLE WERE BOTH VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL , ALSO THE FRONT DESK MANAGER THE LADY WITH AN ACCENT ,WAS ALSO EXTREMELY NICE AND TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF THE GUESTS ,I NEEDED SOMETHING FOR THE ROOM AND WAS ASSISSTED IMMEDIATELY , GREAT SERVICE"

"First check in with servcie desk was great. Room conditions are clean, shower drain does not work well, weird that room only provide 1 bath robe and 1 slipper when it was a double queen beds room. Breakfast was a la carte and not much selections, was expecting full spread of breakfast buffet, been to other Intercontinental hotels oversea so was expecting the same experience."

"Liked that I did not have to pay for parking as was the case last time. No problem finding parking spaces. Staff friendly, lobby and room very clean. Breakfast not bad but could have been a little better (Fruit bowl a little sparce, fruit not cut up enough, French toast strips hard). Room very nice, large, with good amenities. Very inviting, clean."
