It could be so much better if it just did the little things better.
As far as the resort itself, the building and grounds are gorgeous. But design choices make it feel like a 4 star. The room itself is spacious and nice, but old and outdated fixtures and finishing, and a thermostat from the 80s make it feel much cheaper. Also, most guests will also suffer from a shower that leaks into the rest of the washroom, and in particular, the toilet - leaving a sizeable puddle.
There’s no turndown service and the room cleaning leaves something to be desired.
The gym facility is pretty good but the little things like no water on multiple occasions made it again feel like a 4 star resort.
The breakfast buffet is decent but the offerings virtually stay the same (for the 4 mornings we were there).
The staff are lovely and do their best to be super helpful and really go out of their way, but with all bodrum - their English is very limited.
This place can easily be a 5/5 star place with just a little investment in the little things.

"Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. There is a power outage every 2 hrs and ac is to old to cool the rooms. It was hot whole night. Also when you open the balcony's door the ac stops working and resets! What ..."
