Quiet, safe, and clean with a comfortable bed. Good sized mini fridge with a separate freezer that was almost the same size, not just a tiny ice shelf at the top of the fridge like in most motels. Very dog-friendly and has a good sized grassy hill at the back of the motel with pine trees that made for a great doggy bathroom - very clean area, seems like everyone picks up after their dogs. The lady running the front desk was really helpful and offered great suggestions for dinner (La Charra,...

Great

Everything was perfect!! The staff was friendly, room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel. The free buffet breakfast makes it worth the price, which is a little higher than the surrounding hotels (especially when you are feeding a family of 4).

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Very excellent customer service. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by name, directed to our room. She thoroughly explained all the amenities regarding use of the pool, gym, and where breakfast would be waiting for me when we woke up. Everything was very clean and well put together, right down to the elegantly beautiful folded towels in our bathroom. We had a very quiet nights sleep... it felt like we were the only ones there. We were well rested after the long drive and ready to continue on...

EXCELLENT! Even staying in the middle of a pandemic.. they were so accommodating! Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Will stay here every time we visit Lufkin!

Everything was good the thing that I didn’t Like is how much they charge for an early Check in, I had just drove over 6 hours and wanted to get ready before my appointment and the early check in fee was just ridiculous, I don’t mind paying extra but what they charged was crazy. I did an early check in before and it was $20 less than what they charged this time

Great stay will stay here again

My room was clean, the A/C worked well (very important in Texas), and the staff members were friendly. No frills, but perfectly suitable place to spend a night or two.

Helpful staff, clean room. We have used it several times with good results each time.

We were just passing throught on an 8 hour trip for our vacation and selected this hotel due to rates and reviews. We were extremely impressed by the room. We were not expecting the size of the room to be so big. It had a sitting area as well as the 2 beds. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities as promised. We ate the breakfast and there was plenty of good quality food and a wide selection. We will definitely use this place again if we are travelling through the area.
