“Don't go to this motel during the fourth weekend of August. First, there is a yearly NASCAR-type weekend in the region that attracts too many travelers. Second, it's also on a major truck route heading in and out of North Carolina, so that adds to the increase in use of the rooms by folks who don't take care of things. The motel can't keep up with the bookings. Third, the staff does a terrible job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, and they don't seem to care. Our room had dirty sheets……

“Horrible service, not updated, couldn’t even get extra towels. Bad area”

“The staff was super friendly, good, and responsive. Check in was at 3pm and I did get there a little bit early maybe 15 minutes, but my room was not ready at that time. When I arrived, front desk called to get a status on room. Room was put on priority list, cleaned, and ready by 3:30pm. The room had a mildew smell after entering. I feel like it was coming from the bathroom. Requested a change of room and it was approved. The second room was cleaned and I had no problems or issues. The tv’s in……
