This is a lovely location, looking out at the cattle on the opposite hill. Quiet & peaceful and Kelly's Korner restaurant right next door was an added bonus. The coffee in the morning could stand an upgrade, but everything was just fine! And the water pressure in the shower was great!

If you need a cheap flop for the evening this will be okay. Although the room is clean the room next door had a tick walking around in the bathroom. Our main issue were a bunch of dudes hanging out two rooms down with their radio blasting and drinking and talking loudly late at night outside our door. Keep in mind this is just a motel not a hotel and if you don't mind staying here and Saving $500 a night in State College it's okay.

Our room was not cleaned properly. Dead spider on carpet, dirt and dust on bathroom floor, all moldings were very dirty. TV screen was smeared with something. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and coffee dispute it being a no smoking room. Unfortunately a rowdy group of people sat on the patio outside our second floor room until 1 am. Not worth $149 per night. Kelly's Corner, which is just down the hill, has very good food and was the highlight of our stay.

Check in was pleasent and fast. Room was great, RUKU tok a bit to figure out, but was fine Note to owners Room 19 front door leaks cold air badly causing the split to work excessively hard. Also flush valve doesn't seat causing water leakage until reset. ( things a home owner notes)
