I booked this hotel specifically because breakfast was advertised as included with the stay. When we arrived, we were told they were no longer offering breakfast because the hotel had just been remodeled a couple of days earlier. I understand that changes happen, but if breakfast is still advertised at the time of booking, that information should be updated so guests can make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend calling ahead to confirm before booking. The pool was also unavailable during our stay, which was another amenity we expected to be able to use. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing as well. The sheets had visible stains, and there was a damaged area underneath the vanity where part of the material appeared to be falling apart. What was most frustrating was that we weren’t offered any type of compensation, discount, or alternative for the unavailable amenities. We were simply told there was no breakfast and the pool couldn’t be used. Overall, I feel the hotel should make sure its listings accurately reflect what is actually available, especially when those amenities can be a deciding factor for guests when choosing where to stay.
