"The rooms are clean, and one of the rooms we had on the first floor has doors that open to the pool. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but that’s pretty common at resorts/hotels in the area. And while it’s a beach resort, don’t expect to be swimming in clear water. The staff is friendly and helpful. The best part is their buffet breakfast, which includes a variety of local dishes. But there’s a catch. The buffet breakfast is only available when there are 20 or more guests."

"No main light only side light which makes the room a bit dim. No complementary coffee or tea or water. No remote for the TV. We need to ask for the wifi password and keys. I was planning to use the pool but there was quite a distance to the room and we needed to look for the in-charge to get the keys."

"Overall, the property is well kept and clean. I didn't like the trash room though as it had an open trash bag with lots of food present placed on the floor next to the trash bin."

I didnt know what to expect but i realpy enjoyed my stay here. I arrived on Friday night and they had music playing and a buffet available which was very good quality with many options. The staff was great and the room was a good size with balcony overlooking the ocean. The location is right on the beach and a short walk from local eateries. Highly recommend!

The breakfast would be excellent if it were kept heated. It has the ability to be lit underneath each serving dish, but all were un-lit. Very cold food in what could have been a perfect stay.

I have been staying in this hotel for many years despite the openings of other hotels. The service is good, the room is clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves good foods. The location is also great.

We loved our stay at Limketkai Luxe! The hotel was very upscale, the staff super attentive and professional. Our room was cleaned promptly when we'd step out for breakfast and our attendant would come by again in the evening to restock whatever we needed.
The pool was beautiful, very clean and up kept. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars for facility is because the gym is still under construction (or renovation not sure which) and was unavailable to us.
Breakfast buffet was great too....

Very clean, they provide plenty of towels, you can cook if you want to, but we were there for a real vacation, no cooking or cleaning etc. just want to enjoy our vacation and we did, thank you The Loop!

This is such a neat and tidy new hotel. You can't beat the price or the location. Clean rooms, clean linens, great TVs and channel selections, powerful air conditioners, professional and helpful staff, free internet, guarded entrance and a stone's throw from both high-end shopping malls, a TGIFriday's and a Starbucks. They could charge double!

The place has everything you need. Easy check in. Owner responds quickly. Close and walkable to shops. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

Primavera Residences met all my expectations. I was looking for a clean, safe and upscale apartment to spend the week with my fiance while we toured the city and surrounding attractions. I despise normal hotel rooms that only come equipped with a bed, tv and bathroom. We did not want to eat out every meal and so we made use of the fully equipped kitchen. The refrigerator was a full sized unit and held plenty of food. Breakfast was our special time to cook and enjoy the morning. The only thing...

The best area to stay in Alubijid is along the coastal stretch near the town center, particularly around the beaches of Baybay.
This area offers convenient access to the town's facilities while providing a relaxed atmosphere by the sea. You'll find a selection of guesthouses and resorts directly overlooking Macajalar Bay, offering pleasant views and easy beach access. The main road, Macajalar Bay Road, runs parallel to the coast, making it easy to get around.
For couples seeking a quiet getaway, staying in one of the beachfront accommodations offers privacy and direct access to the water for swimming or enjoying sunsets. These properties often provide amenities like private balconies and dining with ocean views.
Families will appreciate the shallow waters of Baybay Beach, which are suitable for children.
When is the best time to go to Alubijid?
The best time to visit Alubijid is during the dry season, which generally runs from November to April.
During these months, you'll experience less rainfall and more sunshine, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty and outdoor activities Alubijid and the surrounding Northern Mindanao region offer. The weather is typically warm and pleasant, great for enjoying the beaches and waterfalls.
Couples looking for a relaxing getaway will appreciate the consistent good weather for beach outings and scenic drives. The drier conditions also make it easier to visit attractions like the nearby eco-parks and tranquil coastal areas without the interruption of heavy downpours.
Travelers seeking adventure will find the dry season excellent for activities such as hiking to local waterfalls or exploring the coastline.
