“I stayed at La Antara Hotel, Thiruchendur, and unfortunately, the Premium Suite was not worth the ₹7,500 per night price. The room cleanliness and maintenance were very disappointing. The bathroom and toilet had a strong, unpleasant smell, similar to a blocked toilet or drainage issue. While taking a shower, the drain water also remained on the bathroom floor instead of draining properly. When we switched on the fan in the room, dust came down all over the bed, which was extremely unpleasant……

“Room was small and basic. Beds were comfortable. We asked for an extra bed. Took very long for the staff to set up the extra bed, that too only after multiple calls to the front desk. Food was good at the buffet. My parents were pleased with the food. The complimentary driver accommodation was not clean. Someone had vomitter there and the room was not cleaned and there was no AC. The food they provided for the drivers with meal token was mediocre.”
