"The property is not well maintained and not clean. It is quite remote from the main fare. You can order food there which was fine."

"U booked the room for three days and from 1st day geyser fridge was not working. No hanger in the cupboard were there, No lounging chair was there On the second day room was not cleaned and inspite of giving complaint well in advance the hotel staff did not resolve the issue. Since fridge was not working I asked them chilled water which they did not supply giving flimsy excuses. Overall I did not have good experience "

"Very new and very refreshing to experience the efforts the team have taken to establish this hotel. The staff and team led by Satish are great. For a hotel outside of the major cities, quite impressive. There are 2 restaurants conveniently located within the premises. Expressway is easily accessible. Good platform to get to the temples which are about 20-30 minutes drive away. "

"This is a very nice hotel with great service. The staff members are very helpful. The property itself is clean but the surrounding is not so great because of the construction work. However the hotel is noise free. The fitness center is under reconstruction after the serious floods of 2023. I have stayed here every time I visited Tirunelveli. I would recommend this place without hesitation. "
