"I received a message inquiring when we would arrive to check in. When responding, I could see the message had been read, however I did not have a response with instructions. There was a breakdown in communications somehow and it was by chance we saw the shuttle van pull into the other property and were able to check into our room. The instructions on Expedia said we would receive an email about check in approximately 1 day prior to our stay and that was not the case. The apartment was not extremely dirty, however was not as clean as I would like or expect. The shower had a leak in the corner of the floor and made the floor completely wet when getting out of the shower. George was extremely friendly and so was the shuttle driver to the airport."

"We had trouble checking in. Did not get any communication prior to checking in and no one would answer the phone. There was another couple as well that had gotten no communication and they were able to get through and we got information from them and we were able to get our key to our room. Happened to catch the shuttle driver outside to arrange the shuttle to the airport the next day later in the evening as again no communication and no answer via messaging or WhatsApp. Shuttle driver thought perhaps it was in our junk or spam but was not . Perhaps there was a glitch but frustrating none the less. Other than that the room is very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and walking distance to grocery store, beach and restaurants."

The bungalow was spotless, beautifully designed, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views that made every morning feel special. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we hoped for during our stay in Greece. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay memorable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special mention goes to our driver on the return trip. Instead of simply taking us to our destination, she chose a scenic route and shared fascinating history and local insights about the island along the way. It felt like receiving a private tour and was the perfect ending to an already amazing stay. Modular Bungalows exceeded our expectations in every way. The beauty of the property, the attention to detail, the incredible service, and the genuine kindness of the staff created an experience we will never forget. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, spectacular views, authentic hospitality, and an unforgettable Greek island experience, this is it. Thank you for making our stay so special.
