If you’re visiting Greece this is the perfect place. Michallis at the bar offers an incredible customer service and Penelope at the front desk is the most helpful and sweet person I’ve met in all of Greece. Truly an amazing four days here and I’m coming back again next year for longer.”

“The hotel looks great in general. It is located in Mati which is about 10 euro taxi fare from the Rafina Port. The swimming pool is not too big but good enough, overlooking the bay area. Facilities are all up to standard. All the staff we encountered are friendly and helpful. The reception has been of great help in directing us the transportation to visit Athens, which is about 45 mins away by bus.”

“It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful,……

“Great first impression but terrible room. The hotel is in great location, pleasantly decorated lobby, polite staff and provided early check in, room was clean, good shower and included amenities. However the design of the was just nuts. It was on the first floor which is an open mezzanine above the lobby with very poor sound isolation from lobby and every use of the front door. The room did not have a direct outside window but a glass door to a part of the mezzanine floor allowing natural light……

“Front staff were amazing and arranged transportation was great. Breakfast was great. Only problem was we booked site due to rooftop restaurant with great view. Hotel rents restaurant for events and it was closed to guests. Management would not allow us to visit rooftop after the event just to see views at night. So, don’t plan on visiting rooftop after.”
