"This is a truly tropical treasure. If you want a big box hotel, go to one. If you want a quaint charming place, you’ve found it. My only concern was the location near the airport. It’s no an issue. Planes don’t fly late, nor early. And.. no jets. Just single engine prop planes. Noise is not a concern. "

"We loved our stay here and overall exceeded our expectations. As someone from a time zone 2 hrs later and also an early riser, I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room. That’s my only suggestion - there is no food or coffee option before 6:30am. Also, I would plan on renting a golf cart for the week from somewhere in town. You are a solid 30 min golf cart ride to San Pedro, and it gets pretty expensive to rent a golf cart daily from the resort. "

"it was a beautiful property- very clean, good food and our 3bedroom condo was amazing!!! loved all the pools and rooftop restaurant. Staff was very responsive, even before our trip- getting back to me right away. If you want really picky feedback- it would have been great to have large container of ice water ( paper cups) in lobby and/or pool area. buying many plastic bottles of water was expensive and not eco friendly. I would recommend to everyone and would go back!!"

"The property was meticulously maintained and the staff was very hospitable. We loved the tropical and airy feel of the property. It was also intimate and every staff member was always attentive and kind. The spa was excellent, and we loved having a delicious breakfast every morning overlooking the Caribbean Sea."

"I have stayed many times at Belizean Shores and it is always as expected: clean, friendly staff, best pool on the isle, super security. It's a bit far from the town, but well worth the adventure by golf cart. Great restaurants close by on the way to town. Highly recommend!"

"The resort is beautiful and well kept. Rooms are extremely clean. Staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. Management extremely attentive. We had a beach front room, which also had a pool view—absolutely amazing!! We will definitely come again. We rented a golf cart (standard transportation for San Pedro) and it was a fun and lovely ride (10-15 minutes) to and from downtown as well as to the famous Secret Beach. This place is a gem, wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Special thanks to Bernie and Manager Steve for making us feel like family."
