"Property was amazing! The staff went beyond for me after leaving my swimsuits and Stanley cup (gift from my kids) back on the Mainland. They did everything possible to make sure I got them back! Pool and beach view was amazing! Food was delicious! I can’t remember the bartender name but she is a young melanin skinned pretty young lady. She made the first best impression my first night there! "Overall, we had an amazing stay! It felt like the perfect location, with everything being a short distance away. The restaurant in the hotel was the highlight! The food was absolutely amazing—some of the best food on the island. We had a nice oceanfront view from our room. I loved having a gallon of water in the room as a heavy water drinker. We loved our room even though it had a few imperfections, such as chipping on the bed frame. The TV in the master bedroom was not set up for viewing; it would stay stuck on the “source or Wi‑Fi connection” page. Housekeeping could have done a better job. For instance, they never restocked the toilet paper, and we had to call the front desk twice for more. Then, apparently, a pipe burst and shut off the water service for about 5–7 hours. I understand things happen, but we weren’t given a heads-up or notice until there was no water coming to the room."

"The shuttle from the ferry was great, the driver had a sign with my name. Easy. We had a great Room upgrade. A view over the river. 👍the room was spotless, all amenities there, we did not swim, were only overnight there. Flying out the next day. Drove ourselves. You just wish all your hotel experiences were like this. 😀"
