“I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights.”

“Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. We also didn’t have any washing up soap or detergent for washing machine which we had last time, but perhaps amenities have changed. Really nice resort and staff, we would……

“Incredible hotel! Super modern and well designed. No direct beach access but there is nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food is good and the staff can help recommend local places to eat. Plenty of space to lie by the pools. Could be a few more loungers at the adult pool. Nice modern gym. Room was beautiful (had the cheapest type) and was always cleaned really well! Only downsides were that the room was not ready at check in time and the coffee is not great (if you care about that).……

“A lovely hotel; all the staff were efficient and friendly. We felt welcomed and valued as guests with water, wine and a fruit plate on arrival ( late night arrival). Sonia, the golf concierge, was superb; arranging golf booking but also answering all my questions about club hire etc… pre-arrival. She is an asset to the hotel. The grounds are wonderful and maintained well. Pools are clean with one heated. Location between beach and marina offers options for walks. Rooms clean, well equipped and……

“Terrific property that is very well cared for by their exceptional hospitality and housekeeping staff. The breakfasts are wonderful and begin at 7 am sharp so you can make your early tee time. My only criticism would be the underground parking which I found to be tight in a couple of spots but there is surface parking which I used. Hope to return.”
