The lady who checked us in was not friendly or helpful. Told us to park in the ramp but didn't explain how to get back into the hotel. We eventually figured out that we had to walk out to the street, up the sidewalk, and enter the hotel on the side entrance. A heads up would have been helpful. When we entered our room on the 5th floor the heat was on high and the temperature in the room had to be 80°. One of the windows was open but that wasn't helping to cool the room. We were never able to control the temperature.
The room was nothing special but it was clean and quiet. The included breakfast was well stocked and had a good selection.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful after our less than stellar check in.

I went with friends for a long weekend. The rooms were clean and had the right size. My room was way too hot but I did have control of it where as my friends room did not.
We had to get new keys one day because all the key pads reset. That made it very hard for me since I’m on crutches.
The free breakfast every morning was the highlight of the trip! George is the best!! He makes a great variety for breakfast and everything was yummy.

Although we didn't have time to use the lake it is a very nice place to enjoy a stay . We were their for a wedding which was close to the VRBO . We were a group of 7 but if all sleeping spots were used i believe it could be a group of 14 . Wished we had more time .
