Our room was spotlessly clean, the receptionist was very helpful, even allowing us to play cards in the breakfast room in the evening with our friends. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again!

They would not allow us to book for a second night even though they gad rooms available . Front desk man commented that I had said something at time of check in . He would not tell me what I supposedly said. Only will not book another night. He told me to speak to the manager the next morning. I went to speak to the manager the next morning and was told the manager was not there . I was prepared to apologize if I had said something inappropriate but no one would say what that was . ????? Oddest event in my 40 years of travelling .
