The person who checked me in was crook and unethical, very unfriendly.
I spent 40 minutes because he claimed that we have no booking and the hotel is fully sold.

The hotel itself ia Okay. Good for one night stop over in Amman, I would hoped for bwtter for the money I paid.
It was the worst experience in my whole life,
We didn't have TV or hot water and it was a very dirty room
And they cut off the water for 2 days and we had to call the tourists police to complain
I don't recommend anyone to stay there at all
First of all the hotel upon entry the staff wasn’t very helpful. I wasn’t given my key or any instructions of the hotel or WiFi or breakfast information. He met me by my room and put my room key in the a lot for the lights. I would of liked to just be given my key ans gone up on my own. Ans when I asked for WiFi he had to put the password in my phone I wasn’t given it. While in the room the WiFi for the floor I was on didn’t work but the floor above me was registering so i had to call down stairs and instead of giving it to me he came to my room. I also then after he left tried to take a shower left the water on for a good 15 minutes and it would t get hot. I called and was told to wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes later the water was still not hot I called again. He came up and there was water all over the floor because I was not given a bath Matt and only 1 old tattered towel. They they tried messing with the water heaters right outside my room for a good 20 minutes. I needed to shower after being in the Dead Sea and had my bday dinner reservations that night. It still didn’t work I ended up taking a less cold shower with slowly dripping water to try and make my reservation which I MISSED! My own bday dinner. Super pissed. The little refrigerator in the room runs loud as well with a lot of rust on the inside. The breakfast was extremely basic with pita bread, hard boiled egg, sweet bread in a package from the store and snack size cheese in the aluminum foil and kids drink.
