“What a special place to stay. An ancient French country villa converted into a small hotel with all the quirks of a centuries old property, and with all the charm. We visited in winter time and loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of touring and then the steam and dry sauna. Breakfast was delicious and ample with eggs as you want them. The staff could not have been more helpful. We also liked the “honor bar” where you can get a bottle of local wine or an expresso or water and just leave a……

“The first room smelled of cigarette smoke and the second room had spider webs throughout and the lamps had burned out bulbs throughout the room. The pictures on Expedia did not portray the room correctly. The room and bathroom was very old. Additionally, the breakfast was not appetizing. My family and I only stayed two nights. My wife wanted to leave immediately unfortunately we would have forfeited $700 so we stayed and endured the sorry accommodations. Never would recommend this……

“The hotel offers a very good price/quality ratio. The breakfast hall is small but the buffet has a good selection for 12€ per person. The restaurant is also quite good. The staff are friendly and mostly speak English. The location is right next to a big parking which offers free overnight parking. The hotel is across the street from the free shuttle bus to the ski slopes. There is a ski equipment rental shop across the street and a laundromat where you can dry your ski clothes for 1€. The hotel……

“Siamo stati accolti da personale gentilissimo in una location pulita, accogliente e confortevole immersa nei vigneti dell’Alsazia e collegata benissimo alle città vicine. Torneremo sicuramente perchè tra il personale abbiamo trovato un nuovo amico: France che ci ha dato consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sulla buona cucina tipica locale. Grazie G&F”

“This is a fantastic property. We arrived around 19:00 but were able to make dinner reservations at the onsite restaurant for 20:00. Dinner was fantastic and the service outstanding. The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!! ”
