"This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG."

Owners were super easy to work with, house was super clean and cozy, and located in a beautiful neighborhood! Wish we were there at a time of the year to use the pool but maybe next time!!! "This was a nice option in this area. Very clean and spacious. Marci was available for questions and helpful hints. Waze sent us to the marina close to the property and Marci was able to get us to the property. We were there for a funeral but would love to go back someday and stay for fun."

"My family and I were very comfortable in the house. The owner would respond immediately to any of my concerns or questions. Everything was very clean and neat. Owner left us a basket of snacks. It was unexpected and so thoughtful."

"We stayed at Napoleon’s cottage this last weekend for our sons BGSU graduation. Our family (6 adults) and our two Bulldogs were more than comfortable. Clean and comfortable and very cozy. We felt right at home and definitely will be back. Truly enjoy host Anita Kay as this was my 2nd stay at one of her properties and it definitely won’t be my last. Great at communicating and she provides all that you need for a pleasant stay."

Great location right in downtown Tiffin, steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee, and a short walk to Heidelberg U. Tyler was an excellent and attentive host. Loved the heated floor in the upstairs bathroom. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!"
