The staff was lovely, but the building needs work. The ceiling in the bathroom was made of tiles they use in office ceilings, two of which were very water damaged and smelled like mold. Couldn't open a window for fresh air, and it was unclear if there was any other ventilation to the room.

This is an extremely nice property! We arrived at midnight and the man that greated was helpful, fast and very nice. Our room was nice, clean, comfortable. I must say, I have a very bad neck and back. I forgot my pillow! I can't sleep well without my pillow. The bed was so soft and comfy but the pillows..... OUTSTANDING! Best pillows ever! The room was also extremely quiet! 10 stars!

I rented a King bed room, it was not carpeted(ideal for me). It was very spacious but lacked an area to sit other than an office chair at desk. This room had plenty of space to accommodate 2 chairs for relaxing and TV viewing at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful with Free Wi-Fi and streaming services on TV. I will stay again in October.

When we arrived the room door would not close and lock and the air would not work. The desk clerk seemed to flip a switch and everything work. There was no security at the side doors. Anyone could come in. The bed was like sleeping on lumpy concrete. No towel holders so you clean towels were laying on the sink and back of the toilet. No advertised breakfast. Couldn’t even get coffee unless you made it in your room. Key cards never worked more than once. I would never stay there again even if offered for free.

Staff was amazing! They were friendly and went above and beyond whenever we had a concern. The room was very cute but the ac is missing a dial and is not labeled. The bathroom vent was not working so unfortunately they look like they're starting to get mold in the restroom. The facility was very clean otherwise. They have a washer and dryer on site and sell soap. Plenty of vending machines on site.
