My family and I double checked 2 weeks before we left what was offered. When we went down stairs the next morning no food at all was provided (but there was coffee and tea options). The staff were always happy to help, the hot tub was always hot and the free coffee tasted great. There is free parking, the rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave and was very comfortable. I stayed for 6 nights and was very happy to return after a long day and just put my feet up and watch some tele. There are plenty of options for food within walking distance whether it is a supermarket, fast food or restaurants. The upgraded room I paid extra for was not available because it had been left trashed by the previous guest. The manager let me know and offered to put me in the same room but without one of the amenities — after a long day of travel, I was exhausted and just wanted to rest. They canceled my original reservation, and I had to rebook, which led to confusion with the pricing since my key cash was used during the process. On top of that, the room I was placed in faced the street and was extremely loud. I could hear every car and motorcycle going by, even with earplugs. Although the staff was friendly and the manager tried to make it right, the experience felt poorly handled and not worth the money.
