Location! Location! Location! The best location you can get in Anaheim. The house is within walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney and about 1 mile from the Anaheim Convention Center. A cab ride to Disneyland costs about $10-$15. It has easy access to major freeways and truly the best location you can find. Various grocery stores and restaurants are also within 1 mile. The house has an indoor/outdoor resort-style living concept with modern furnishings. The kitchen brings your family together with a large island, quartz counter-top throughout, pro-style 6-burner range with 36’' oven, and a beautiful refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and tools for you to prepare delicious meals for your family.

The house is 4000 square feet. The kitchen overlooks the family room next to our very spacious dining room and provides plenty of space for a perfect gathering.
The house is 5 bedrooms plus large den and loft, sleep 13 comfortably. The loft upstairs has a sofa bed within the sectional. We also have a futon and sleeper sofa. Your party will completely enjoy and relax in our spacious house with heated pool. Fireworks can be seen from the front yard, backyard, balcony, garage, bedrooms, etc. Imagine enjoying the pool and spa while taking in the fireworks?

All bedrooms and bathrooms showcase a modern and contemporary style. High-end linens and salon shampoos are provided for your enjoyment and experience.

There are four parking spaces on the property. An EV outlet in the garage for electronic vehicles like Tesla and Mustang.

Our fees are simple: rent + tax + cleaning
No pool heating fee
Pool, spa and outdoor activities 9am-10pm.

Disney Vacation

Very nice stay. Our family had a great Disney experience, and your home was one of the reasons we did. There were 6 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was amazing and the walk to Disney was close.

Family vacation-Canadian friends

What a wonderful home to stay in. Our family of 11 swam, enjoyed the hot tub and all that this spacious well located house had to offer. Walked to Disneyland. If we got tired we would return for a relaxing hot tub.If our legs got tired..! We used Lyft or uber for very reasonable rates.Diana was nice to deal with…with any luck at all we will return one day!

This property is awesome in every way. Easy walk to Disneyland, spacious rooms, pool and hot tub were great, kitchen was decently stocked . The host was responsive and very accomodating. Great stay for our family of 12.

Fantastic Villa

Excellent villa, clean, spacious and brilliant pool. Location to Disney is fantastic and the host Diana on hand to any issue we had. Would highly recommend for families of all ages. You also get the Disney fireworks everynight on your doorstep for free

Big home with pool close to disneyland

Our family all stayed comfortably in the home (10 people!). About a 20 minute walk to Disney. The pool was a perfect treat after a long day and the kids loved the waterslide.

The Family Trip to Disney

Can I just begin by saying how much we enjoyed our stay and every room that it had to offer. The kids ran up and down the stairs all day that they wore themselves out before we went to Disneyland. My grand mother 93 and her brother 87 stayed up all night reminiscing and slept in all morning just in time to eat breakfast by our own personal chef “Steez”. Disneyland was so close that it only cost 10 to go back and forth. My mom and grandma rented a wheelchair from one stop rental which they delivered and picked it up with no problem but it made .

Great location and property management

This property is a very comfortable place for a large party. The rooms are not right on top of each other and there are a few separate sitting areas in the house as well. The pool area is gorgeous and you really can see the Disney Land fireworks quite well from the veranda. Our hosts were quick to respond to any of our needs and the location was very desirable.

Disney Adventure

We spent a week at this wonderful home and had the best time. The 20 minute walk to Disneyland was so convenient! The house was terrific and we all enjoyed the pool after a long day of walking the park. The only downside to this property is the noise of the traffic, but even that was well worth it! Had an amazing time : )

Perfect for family

Pictures and description of home was accurate. The view from the balcony for the firework show was awesome! Pool and spa were a great way to relax from a day of walking all over Disneyland. Front the driveway it was a 1 mile, 20 minute walk with strollers and children to the end of Downtown Disney. Plenty of towels, beds, bathrooms and the host responded timely the one or two times I had a question. Checkin/checkout was smooth. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding family vacation

We had our children and spouses and our grandchildren. The house had ample bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool was great for the little ones with a slide and beach entry. There was ample space and plenty of bedding and towels. The house is within walking distance of Downtown Disney which provides plenty of restaurants to chose from and is a quick Uber ride to the theme park entrances.

Incredible house for big family Disney vacation!

This house was the perfect place for our big family Disney vacation! We had 6 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 and 9). The owner was extremely helpful and so quick to respond for anything we needed. The king beds upstairs were extremely comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for the kids. They loved the slide and the shallow area for sitting/splashing around. The hot tub was PERFECT for grown-ups. Hot on demand and great jets. The house is on a busy road but you dont notice it when youre inside or in the backyard. Adults can WALK to Disneyland. We chose to drive when the kids went, to save their energy for walking through the park. The house had super helpful amenities like strollers and cribs (if you need), so many towels, and every kitchen gadget you could think of. We had an incredible time and would 100% stay here again!

Disneyland trip

Home was perfect for our group and met our expectations. Plenty of room for all. Location was fantastic for a Disney vacation. We will definitely stay in this home again. Unfortunately it rained on the days we planned to visit Disneyland. However, the home was close enough to go back-and-forth and also provide plenty of space for entertaining ourselves.

First trip to Disneyland!

We had a wonderful time with family and my four grandkids. They loved the pool and a hot tub! The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space if needed. As stated “location, location, location“ we were able to walk to Disneyland in 20 minutes or take an Uber if you were tired. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house for Disneyland big family

We celebrated my mother’s birthday and she wanted to stay with all the grandkids. More than enough room and the walk with strollers to downtown Disneyland was made 15 minutes. We of course got the heat wave and it was 110 degrees. The house AC and pool was a lifesaver. We will definitely be staying at this spot anytime we have the extend family or group of friends.
