Forget Me Not Home in South Anchorage

Comfortable, Clean, Kids Friendly and private basement Apartment in a Safe Neighborhood located in beautiful South Anchorage.
Its a 1300 sq ft in the basement level that comfortably accommodates up to 7 adult guests + 2 children in 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 full bed, Toddler bed, and 1 queen bed, plus a full size hide a bed couch and a Pack 'n Play.
Convenient combination deadbolt entry lock for easy 24/7 check-in.
Entire guest floor is private and your home away from home, including fully stocked open kitchen, dining and living space, 1 full bathroom, laundry room, built-in sauna and a large parking lot.
There are 10 steps going down to the unit.
All linens provided, washer and dryer available for use, as well as a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. We also provide washer detergent, dish soap, shampoo, soap, and body wash, coffee maker, electric teapot, wine bottle opener, and much more, so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay.

Apartment is also equipped with nice built-in Sauna and Ping pong table. Sauna is $20 per hour for electric and cleaning expenses.

We like to give guests their privacy, but if you need anything please do not hesitate to call us- we're next door to assist. We'll be happy to offer recommendations for activities, shopping, and restaurants.

Make sure you know this is in someone’s home and is in the basement with several stairs in case you have knee or hip issues or elderly. Checking in was very easy and was well equipped. Close and handy to several places to eat/shop and sight see.

The property was a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in an easily accessible, upscale neighborhood in south Anchorage. The place was very comfortable, all amenities advertised were available, and the hosts were very accommodating. It was all as advertised and more! And the cost of the rental was unbeatable!

Lovely stay in south anchorage

We had a great stay with extended family in town visiting and needing extra rooms to house everyone. The place with comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay at again!

Great location & host

This Vrbo was a little off the beaten path but very accessible from the airport and train station while we were visiting anchorage. The host was super responsive and even let us check in early since our flight was early. I would definitely stay here again!

Local residential stay which was perfectly located to the airport. Owner has excellent communication and quickly responsive to messages. Appreciate the owner ability to meet some additional requests as will be staying again prior to return flight home for consistency. Highly recommend!

Very convenient and accommodating

We stayed here for one night on our way in and out of Alaska for vacation. This location was convenient and Karina was very accommodating of our late check-in and need for short-term storage during our trip. It was as described - a clean, neat space in the lower level of their home with plenty of sleeping space and a nice kitchenette.

Comfy and safe area

This is in a basement but nice and warm, plenty of seating and storage and even has a ping pong table and a sauna. You can sauna for added cost. Loved the neighborhood. The beds were soooo comfortable and there were extra pillows and covers. Price was fair and host was wonderful.
