This cottage is located in the historic Slumber Village and is walking distance to various restaurants, trails, buses, bars and groceries. For those who are flying in, your gateway to the world is just a short 10-minute uber ride away to the airport. Come and stay in this comfortable and convenient original 1946 cottage in Slumber Village. You won't be disappointed!

This cozy home boasts a fully functional kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker stocked with delicious coffee, an oven, and plenty of space for long-term stays. Enjoy a revitalizing shower with amazing water pressure after a long day of exploring. Get the perfect night's sleep on the ultra comfortable mattress.

Discover Anchorage's independent and creative spirit when you stay in the Spenard area. From a 10 minute walk from your door, you'll be able to explore the Alaska Coastal trail , treat yourself to some delicious food and drinks at nearby restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, and enjoy the famous pizza and beer at the Bear Tooth Theater pub. We have always had open minded and friendly guests here, though we do acknowledge that some may not be comfortable with the low-income apartments nearby. Feel the vibrancy of this creative city and have a truly unique experience when you stay at the Slumber Village in Spenard.
