Made a reservation for 1 night. We were traveling from Philadelphia airport and the airport had to close because of weather Friday night because of weather causing us to not being able to keep our booking. When we called early that day to cancel they kept 100% of the room rate. They had plenty of time to rebook the room, at a minimum they could offer a partial refund.
