"This place was paradise. We were sad to leave. I never got tired of the views, there’s a trail to an even better view directly from the property, there was food and drinks available at all times. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was really helpful with booking tours and getting us transportation to town."

"The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away"

"Nuestra estancia en El Jardín fue, literalmente, una de las mejores experiencias de nuestra vida. Desde el primer momento, la atención en el front desk fue simplemente maravillosa. La persona que nos recibió fue increíble: amable, paciente, atenta y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. Yo no me sentía muy bien al inicio y aun así me asistió en todo, con una disposición hermosa que realmente marcó la diferencia. La comida y el desayuno… deliciosos. Cada detalle del lugar se siente mágico, lindo, acogedor. Fue una experiencia maravillosa, mágica e inolvidable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo 100%.
