The room was nice, but you have to realize this is Colombia too. The was cheap room safe not worth using. (it was like a tin box not a real safe) A couple cracks in the walls. I had to ask for toilet paper as the room cleaners monitored TP & towels. ...but the jacuzzi in the room was nice. But no gym , no pool. But the included breakfast was nice .

The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, the bed was too hard for my taste so didn't sleep well, but other then that the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Didn't get any benefit from the VIP, but oh well.
