### Villa for rent hill Pinamare (Andora)

Villa apartment with panoramic sea view and 7 beds, very bright, equipped with every comfort, hallway, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, large panoramic terraces and garden, solarium on the roof.  
The master bedroom and the living room overlook the sunny terrace from morning to night. The second bedroom enjoys sea views and is equipped with 3 beds.  
The fully equipped kitchen overlooking a covered side terrace, equipped with table with 12 seats, barbecue and pizza oven. The large living room is divided into dining area and sofas.  
The villa, which has the parking, can be reached by a wide private road, little traffic, is located in a cool pine wood.  
A few hundred meters from the house is located a private sports complex with swimming pool, tennis courts, bar-restaurant, etc ... Through a walkway protected inside the wood is direct access to the beach resort of Rocks Pinamare, without the need to cross the Aurelia road.  
The town of Marina di Andora, has a large tourist marina with a sailing school can be reached by the homonymous the Autostrada dei Fiori and the train station. #### Nicht empfehlenswert

Aufgrund von guten Bewertungen haben wir uns blenden lassen und uns für diese Wohnung entschieden. Nach unserer Ankunft waren wir schockiert in welchem Zustand wir die Wohnung vorgefunden haben und es ist uns ein Rätsel wie andere eine derart positive Bewertung abgeben konnten. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech, weil wir die ersten nach der Pandemie waren. Die Sauberkeit liess auf jeden Fall sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Unterkunft war nicht einfach dreckig vom Vorgänger und man hat es nicht nur einmalig versäumt die Wohnung vorher zu reinigen. Obwohl zuerst von Barbara bestritten, war es nachweislich viele Monate nicht gereinigt worden, so dass sich z. B. beträchtliche Mengen an Sägemehl von Schädlingen unter den Möbeln bilden konnte. Uns wurde sogar mulmig wegen möglichen gesundheitlichen Folgen! Da wir die Unterkunft bereits bezogen hatten, wollten wir den während der Reinigung aufgewirbelten Staub weder einatmen noch überall verstreut haben und waren daher mit einer Reinigung während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einverstanden. Neben der Sauberkeit war für uns die Hitze ebenfalls kaum erträglich. Wir waren zwar im Hochsommer dort und wir wussten von der Beschreibung, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Das Flachdach, das während den frühen Morgenstunden eine herrliche Weitsicht bietet, ist aber leider auch ein Wärmespeicher. In der Nacht drückt diese Hitze von der Decke her in die Zimmer. Wurden die Fenster geschlossen, war es in kurzer Zeit unerträglich. Bei offenen Fenster und unvollständigem Moskitonetzen war man für die Mücken leichte Beute. Es gab leider keine Ventilatoren und die einem Zimmer vorhanden Moskitonetze sind zudem teilweise defekt. So hatte man die Wahl zwischen unerträglichen Hitze und zahlreiche Mückenstiche. Schlussendlich sind wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen und der mangelnden Erholungsmöglichkeiten frühzeitig abgereist. Der Sandstrand, das Meer und ebenfalls die Aussicht haben uns dennoch gut gefallen. Der steile Weg von der Wohnung zum Meer war für uns ca. 20 Minuten.

#### great outdoor areas, big apartment, nice owners, basic facilities

Being here in summertime the outdoor areas where a great plus. The apartment itself is big and nice and eventhough the facilities are basic we were only really missing one thing - a fan or a mosquito net for the master bedroom. The owners were very welcoming and send us great tips for exploring the area. You can walk to the beach and the city of Andorra and we did... once. The walk back was too steep and hot for our five-year-old but for adults it a perfectly nice walk.

#### VACANZA A PINAMARE

Anche quest'anno abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza nella bella villa sulla collina di Pinamare ad Andora. Come mi aspettavo, al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato tutto in perfetto ordine e pulitissimo, grazie a Silvana e al marito come sempre disponibilissimi. Per noi è la soluzione ideale , con i bambini e la nonna anziana che possono godere degli ampi spazi esterni e di una bellissima vista sul mare e sulla pineta circostante. Non posso che ringraziare la Sig.ra Laura per l'ospitalita' e sperare di poter ritornare anche il prossimo anno. Gabriella e famiglia

#### Soggiorno a Pinamare

Buongiorno, cI siamo trovati molto bene nella villa di Pinamare, l'appartamento era particolarmente pulito e in ordine fornito di tutto il necessario, disponibilissima la coppia che ci ha accolti all'arrivo, punto di forza senz'altro le grandi terrazze e il giardino che consentono di vivere comodamente all'aria aperta in un contesto molto gradevole e tranquillo. Necessaria l'auto per andare ( ma soprattutto per tornare ) dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Andora. Lo consigliamo vivamente e speriamo di avere l'occasione per tornarci. Rabolini M.Gabriella
