This sprawling ranch borders the historic Wood Estate for a quiet retreat - yet only 5 minutes to the town center with shops and restaurants. 3 bedrooms & 3 baths are on main level. No need to climb stairs! Master suite has full wall of closets to accommodate any wardrobe with ensuite & private patio. Home has a Sonos sound system, keyless entry and smart thermostats.
