“Well appointed, clean. Loved the private outdoor space. House was very spacious and easily accommodated four adults and two small children.”

“Space was super clean , Gigi answered promptly with any concerns. The view from the porch came as advertised! The only thing missing were a couple of wine glasses to celebrate our vacation celebration!”

“This is a lovely space! It is very clean and tastefully decorated with a convenient little kitchen, a very comfy bed and two extra futons that double as couch and chair creating a nice “living room”. It’s one open space but there’s a little screen you can use if you want to create a bit of separate space for a “bedroom”. It is on the same property as the owner’s house but in a completely separate building. Best of all, you have a beautiful view of the ocean outside the large windows! And the……

“The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. ”

But overall it’s wonderful and we will be back again!!”

“We had a great stay! Place was beautiful and nearby to main attractions of Salem.”

“absolutely amazing. was in walking distance to everything! Place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I never wanted to leave! Anytime I come back to salem, I'm definitely staying here. perfect all around”

“My flight was cancelled and I was at a loss of where to stay. I found this property. I was so relieved until I was at the property for about 20 minutes. It was very musty and I had a horrible asthma attack and couldn’t sleep because of the must and mold. The bedding probably wasn’t clean and the mattress and pillows were due for a change out about 3 years ago. The carpet was really dirty. The bathroom and kitchen were nice. The living room furniture was dirty too. Wish I had something more……

“Great stay and perfectly met our needs. Inside of home was clean, organized and very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and it was a great base.”

“Comfortable and clean”
