"Clean and spacious room. Good location close, walking distance to city Center and grocery stores. Stayed there for the Cheng du Marathon. There was a free shuttle to the race venue opposite the hotel. Staff used Chinese Google translate to communicate with me and it worked pretty well ! "

"six senses was an amazing experience for us! at check in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a room with in room onsen, and the staff also arranged for us to stay with our friends in the same courtyard although we had separate bookings. the room and facilities overall were superb! onsen was so comfortable in the winter, and the room was very spacious. we had an issue with the heating and the staff were very on the ball- bringing us a portable heater while they tried to fix the issue, and also offered to change rooms for us. throughout the stay, and even afterwards - guest relations manager Frank was a huge help! he responded very quickly on wechat for our queries, giving us recommendations for food and amenities nearby. he also came down to help us with our wifi issues! location wise - six senses is close to all the attractions like panda valley and qing cheng mountain. was an excellent stay - 100% recommend! "
